Outfits: another bloody high wiasted skirt/ cardigan combo a.k.a what I wear to work most everyday

Headscarf: thrifted
Earrings: thrifted
Tank: Kmart $6 singlets
Cardigan: Moda for Target
Stockings: dunno?

This is fast becomign my stock standard work outfit, because a) it makes me look responsible...ish (worki is conservative..ish)  b) it's frickin hot and muggy here in Sydney and wearing skirts give my beloved corporate box the fresh air it needs and c) I can usually fart out an outfit like this or similar in ten minutes in the dark in the morning.

I like the combo I do I mean anytime I whack on a high waisted skirt my tits look spectacular. but i feel like every fat chick lady skirt-wearing individual is wearing the exact same thing!

Headscarf: Thrifted
T-shirt: Thrifted
Cardigan: Sara
Skirt: Evans
Hosiery: dunno
Earrings: Thrifted

I'm not really that upset by it but I want to figure out something a little more unique outfit wise, maybe a cape? or some sort of nipple adornment.
Anyway in other things the skirt in picture number 1 whilst it wrinkles like a 94 year old you have shoved into a suitcase, it is a great length, has pockets and is really well made, and if I wasn't so skint (poor)  I would buy me few in different colours to rotate it is a good skirt the waistband is versatile and comfortable (theres elastic in the back)

It's the Newspaper Mama

If you grew up in Australia in the 80's you'd know all about Peter Coombe, he was 'The Shit' to four to seven year old me, every day when we'd get home from school smattered between the ABC late afternoon programming would lie a Peter Coombe song and you'd jump and sing along, it's actually kind of odd as I now as an Adult appreciate how mature musically and lyrically he was as an entertainer (reminds me muchly of Paul Simon) and fingers crossed next time he hits Sydney I'm going to go see him live.

Anyway what's that go to do with my outfit, nothing really except for "What's black? and What's White? and Red all over" and today that was me

Dress: Target 2006ish
Cardigan: Basque via Myer 2006ish too
Shoes: Evans
Belt: came with a dress
Scowl: caused by society in general and American t.v.

I wore this to work today, as it was officially the first day in my and improved job so I thought I would be breezy and approachable but responsible and authoratative without sacrificing my femininity, which the outfit might of done if my tits didn't fall out of this dress everytime I sat down.

It's actually my only floral print dress, I'm not usually a fan, (unless it's Pucci, natch) and honestly not a fan or rose prints on dresses either, but I like this dress the print isprobably the most flowery I'd get unless it was hideously kitsch (which I am looking for right now)

One Pair of pants = a million ways (ok only actually three ways)

all the following outfits are featuring the same pair of pants a pair of Skinny leg stirrup pants I got on sale from Evans ages ago I never wore them except under boots as the stirrup was stupid beyond belief, but a pair of scissors and a needle and thread made them into my favourite pair of pants, hooray for rudimentary sewing skills. Dont mind the face most of these have been taken on the way to work and I feel like a right twat smiling into a camera on my mantelpiece at 6am

Oh I could talk about this outfit for ages, It features my new favourite t-shirt (other than my lime green Toshiro Mifune t-shirt) It's a t-shirt of the New York Subway map, and a lovely cardigan from the new revamped plus size Target range MODA some of the range is well onstructed and gorgeous (like my cardigan) some of it is dog fugly example

 taken at my local target
anyone else seeing aqua alien vaginas in the print

most of it however is an improvement, and the new buyer certainly has had an impact, I just wish there was more more classic, simple pieces instead of tribal printed kaftans in aqua spew, but the cardigan is so divine
and I paid full price for it, something I avoid doing like the plague at my local target.
